These Terms & Conditions apply to SLH Global Ventures LLC, doing business as Mattress by Appointment Wausau (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an independently owned and operated mattress retailer in Wausau, Wisconsin, and to your use of www.mattressbyappointmentwisconsin.com, our appointment request form, and our text messaging program. By using this website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
2. SMS text messaging program
Program description
Mattress by Appointment Wausau offers text messages to customers who opt in on our appointment request form at www.mattressbyappointmentwisconsin.com (in the “Request Your Private Appointment” section of our homepage). There are two separate, optional checkboxes on the form:
- Appointment and customer care messages: appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to your questions about your visit or purchase.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, sales, new inventory, and service updates.
You can opt in to one, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit the form, book an appointment, or make a purchase.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Appointment messages are sent as needed for your appointment. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than a few times per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or reply “START” to our number, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time.
Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Appointments
We sell by appointment. Submitting the appointment request form is a request, not a confirmed booking; we will contact you to confirm a time. Please let us know if you need to reschedule.
4. Pricing, availability, and payment plans
“50–80% off retail” compares our prices to typical manufacturer or retail list prices for comparable products; actual savings vary by product. Inventory is limited and subject to availability. “$40 down” and payment plans are available only to qualified buyers; financing is subject to approval by our financing partner, and its terms and conditions apply. 5. Website use
Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate, but prices, photos, and descriptions may contain errors, and we may correct them at any time. You agree not to misuse the website or submit false information through our forms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, this website and our messaging program are provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Wisconsin or federal consumer protection law.
7. Changes to these terms
